Customer Terms & Conditions

  • Terms & Conditions

  • All treatments are carried out following a completed consultation form. Patch testing is required where necessary and must be completed 24–48 hours prior to treatment.

  • If any client details change, the therapist must be informed prior to any further treatment.

  • Patch tests for lash and brow tinting and individual eyelash extensions are mandatory where applicable. No disclaimers will override safety requirements.

  • Service Scope & Client Suitability

  • All treatments are provided within a female-focused beauty and wellness service framework.

  • This means services are designed and assessed based on female skin, hair, hormonal, and aesthetic treatment needs.

  • All clients are accepted and treated with dignity and respect. However, all bookings remain subject to:

  • consultation assessment

  • treatment suitability

  • professional judgement

  • safety requirements

  • The therapist does not guarantee that all requested treatments will be suitable for every individual and reserves the right to refuse, modify, or adjust treatment where necessary for safety or professional reasons.

  • Clients under 18 are accepted only with written parental consent. A parent or guardian must be present during consultation and treatment where required.

  • Certain treatments may be restricted for clients under 18 depending on suitability and professional guidelines. Please enquire for details.

  • The therapist may request medical confirmation (e.g., doctor’s note) where necessary to ensure safe and appropriate treatment. This is solely for client safety and suitability assessment.

  • If a client does not wish for photographs to be taken or used for portfolio/social media purposes, this must be stated in writing on the consultation form.

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe based on consultation, medical history, or professional judgement. Alternative treatments may be offered where appropriate. 

  • Where deemed necessary following consultation, the therapist may request additional medical information or a doctor’s note to ensure treatment safety and suitability.

  • This may apply to certain medical conditions, medications, skin concerns, or treatments where professional judgement indicates that further confirmation is required prior to proceeding.

  • In such cases, treatment will not proceed until appropriate information has been provided.

  • All treatments are tailored to individual client needs following professional assessment.

  • Mobile Service Requirements

  • Where a client provides parking instructions, the client confirms they have authority to authorise the parking arrangements provided. Any parking charges, penalties or enforcement costs arising from following the client's parking instructions may be recharged to the client.

  • Minimum mobile service charge: £35.

  • Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits, booking fees or full advance payments may be required to secure appointments.

  • Appointments booked within the cancellation period are immediately subject to the cancellation policy.

  • Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or not attended with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show.

  • Booking fees and full advance payments are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or not attended with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable if the appointment is not used within 30 days of payment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment cost.

  • Where full payment has been made in advance, the therapist may retain all or part of the payment in accordance with this cancellation policy, including where appointment time has been reserved and cannot reasonably be reallocated.

  • At the therapist's discretion, an alternative appointment, transfer of payment, or credit note may be offered as a goodwill gesture. Any such offer does not create an obligation to provide a refund.

  • Packages & Loyalty

  • Pre-paid packages apply only to the specified treatment and cannot be mixed or exchanged.

  • Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Loyalty cards must be presented at each appointment to be validated.

  • Beauty Loyalty Points may only be redeemed against services and are not transferable for cash or products.

  • Gift Vouchers

  • Minimum voucher purchase: £30.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable against treatments only. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Pricing & Promotions

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may vary and are subject to change. Clients are advised to check current offers prior to booking.

  • Pregnancy Treatments

  • Pregnancy massage and similar treatments are only available after the first trimester (12 weeks+) and subject to suitability assessment.

  • Additional Charges

  • Late evening and weekend appointments are available upon request and may incur up to a 50% surcharge.

  • Products & Orders

  • Products are non-refundable if opened, used, damaged, or returned outside of 30 days from purchase.

  • Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days depending on courier services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - TEAM MEMBERS OF MOBILE BEAUTY BIZ
 

  • Joining Mobile Beauty Biz you will be responsible of having your own business, business bank account, vehicle insurance, if working as mobile or medical insurance, if using public transport, home salon insurance along as public liability insurance and products, business premises or vehicle along as working tools

  • You will need to organise your own taxes and expenses

  • Any damage or refunds to customers properties or provided or missed treatments will be deducted from your income and maybe extra fees will be added, depending of the case

  • Professional manners and hygiene must be carried out at all the times

  • You are responsible to run your own Risk Assessment prior and via your treatments and you will be responsible for any of the actions you might take 

  • You must be friendly and valuable member of our team providing services to your best and supporting people you work with. High ethical and communicating standards are a must

  • You must keep all T&C to Mobile Beauty Biz customers as well. Please make sure you learn all of them and keep them at all the time. Mobile Beauty Biz is not responsible, if you do not follow them and in some cases will seek legal actions 

  •  Anyone who is sharing across social media or any other way confidential information or confront Mobile Beauty Biz company or not keeping T&C will be prosecuted 

  • You will be responsible to keep all data and personal information of customers safe and secure 

  • You are not allowed to share sensitive information to anyone outside of Mobile Beauty Biz

  • Mobile Beauty Biz customers privacy is a priority and any shared sensitive information shareed will be pro
