Mobile Beauty Biz customers T&C

  • All treatments must be carried out with an upfront consultation card filled in and patch tests carried out 24-48 hrs in advance, if needed.

  • If any of your details from your consultation card change, you must inform immediately.

  • Patch tests for lash and brow tint and individual eyelash extensions are necessary (disclaimers are not acceptable).

  • Clients under 18 are only allowed with parents written permission, and parents are to be at all times in the presence of the treatment.

  • During the consultation or after you fill out your form, the beauty therapist might ask for doctors notes to make sure you receive the best possible treatment, and it's for your own safety and well-being.

  • If you are not happy with any pictures of you being used, please state that in writing on your consultation card.

  • All your personal information is not going to be shared with third parties, unless for legal reasons.

  • During the consultation, if the therapist is not comfortable to carry on with the treatment, they might offer an alternative to your asking one or might refuse to perform treatment, which they believe is not appropriate or safe for you or her.

  • Clients under 18 have restrictions for some of the treatments; please ask for more details.

  • The beauty therapist looks into each individual client and adapts the treatments especially to suit your needs and expectations.

  • Beauty products that are opened and not sealed are nonrefundable.

  • Pricing plans are nonrefundable once purchased.

  • The deposit is nonrefundable if cancelled without 24 hrs notice.

  • Minimum spend for mobile services: £35.

  • Pre-paid packages must be for exactly the same 6 times treatment within 6 months to get one free treatment after. Please present your prepaid loyalty card every time to get it dated and stamped to avoid disappointment.

  • You cannot mix and match treatments with your prepaid loyalty card. It is valid only for 6 exactly the same treatments and has to be used within 6 months from the same person.

  • The minimum payment for a gift voucher is £30 and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and has to be used towards treatments—not towards money exchange. 

  • Discounts and promotions must vary at the time and must be checked on a regular basis to make sure you benefit and save the most.

  • Pregnancy massages can be performed only on clients who have passed the first trimester (over 12 weeks).

  • The booking fee is nonrefundable if not used within 30 days of the payment made.

  • Booking or cancellation fee applied with notice less than 24 hrs is applied or no show. The amount is the full price of the booked treatments. 

  • Admission fees applied of 10% in refunds in some cases.

  • All treatments available to women only

  • Beauty Loyalty Points are redeemed only towards booking services at the moment.

  • Late nights and weekends are available on request with a 50% increase in the price.

  • Orders are delivered a minimum of 2-5 working days depending on the couriers.

  • Orders are nonrefundable if damaged original packaging, used or opened, and more than 30 days from the original purchase. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS - TEAM MEMBERS OF MOBILE BEAUTY BIZ
 

  • Joining Mobile Beauty Biz you will be responsible of having your own business, business bank account, vehicle insurance, if working as mobile or medical insurance, if using public transport, home salon insurance along as public liability insurance and products, business premises or vehicle along as working tools

  • You will need to organise your own taxes and expenses

  • Any damage or refunds to customers properties or provided or missed treatments will be deducted from your income and maybe extra fees will be added, depending of the case

  • Professional manners and hygiene must be carried out at all the times

  • You are responsible to run your own Risk Assessment prior and via your treatments and you will be responsible for any of the actions you might take 

  • You must be friendly and valuable member of our team providing services to your best and supporting people you work with. High ethical and communicating standards are a must

  • You must keep all T&C to Mobile Beauty Biz customers as well. Please make sure you learn all of them and keep them at all the time. Mobile Beauty Biz is not responsible, if you do not follow them and in some cases will seek legal actions 

  •  Anyone who is sharing across social media or any other way confidential information or confront Mobile Beauty Biz company or not keeping T&C will be prosecuted 

  • You will be responsible to keep all data and personal information of customers safe and secure 

  • You are not allowed to share sensitive information to anyone outside of Mobile Beauty Biz

  • Mobile Beauty Biz customers privacy is a priority and any shared sensitive information shareed will be pro
