Your statutory right
to withdraw

Your Right to Withdraw
If you book and pay for a beauty treatment online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under UK consumer legislation.
However, because beauty treatments are booked for specific dates and times and involve reserving therapist availability, different rules may apply depending on your booking.
Requesting Immediate Performance
By completing your booking, you expressly request that Mobile Beauty by Lidiya begins providing the contracted service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
This includes, where applicable:
-
reserving your appointment;
-
allocating therapist time;
-
preparing consultation documentation;
-
carrying out administrative work;
-
sending booking confirmations and treatment information.
Loss of Withdrawal Rights
If your appointment is fully completed within the 14-day withdrawal period after your express request, your statutory right to withdraw will no longer apply.
If services have only partly been performed before cancellation, you may be required to pay for the proportion of services already provided, where permitted by law.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Our contractual cancellation policy remains separate from your statutory withdrawal rights.
Current policy:
-
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
-
Cancellations made outside the required notice period may be non-refundable.
-
Booking and payment do not guarantee treatment. Treatments remain subject to consultation, suitability, safety, and professional assessment.
