My name is Lidiya, I am originally from Bulgaria. My career in Beauty Industry starts back in 2005, when I came to live permanently in Uk. I started with nails (VTCT 3)and after a while doing same sort of job over and over again I had a very hard learned lesson (health issue showed me that I need variety of treatments, so I can move more, plus that way I can stand out on job interviews, I went back to Collage for full NVQ 2 and 3 in Beauty, although I had been twice to Uni previously. I just wanted to expand in this industry no mater that I am lowering my education in others eyes.

I had my child in the meantime, but I didn't give up on my passion for Beauty.

When graduated, I worked in few salons, rented nail spaces in salons and rooms and also worked for an Agency, so I would say I experienced this industry from every possible angle. 

Ever since I felt in love with the job and so far I achieved over 40 Certificates and I become a Beauty Assessor too. But not always finding it fair paid or easy to fit around my family, friends and look after my child. For me this become a priority, as a single parent and I need it to make this work or to give up on my absolute pleasure and passion and what I have done and learned for so many years. In 2016 I create my own "Mobile Beauty by Lidiya" company and this is my main business ever since.

With the current situation, where we are living through a Pandemia, more and more people realised how important is to enjoy what they are doing, to be flexible around their family and kids, but also to be safe, professional, hygienic and at the same time to be paid fair (this is where I started my journey, how ironic).

The first thing I have done in March 2020 is to create my support for other professionals in my Beauty industry. I just knew straight away what everyone will need to go through and I do have the solutions. I have done some unusual things and tactics in my marketing, some things out of the box, which makes no sense to beauty business owners, but they worked amazingly well for me and I was testing them throughout Lockdowns too to see how my business will bounce back in such a short announcements to open and close, so NOW I am ready to pass my experience to those of you, who are ambitious, hard working and dream for successful career.
