Removing gels from another therapist up to 15 min. If you have new Shellac set with me, the removal is included in your price, but if you have gels applied somewhere else, I need to take longer time to proceed with your appointment. There are gels/enchantments/acrylics/ dip in powders and so on which might take up to 1hour even sometimes longer for removing. If that's the case the price for removing is different and will be quite expansive. I would highly recommend you to remove your existing products where you applied it. The reason for that is not only that they know exact process and products for removing, but also it should be very reasonable priced too. They are lots of nail products on the market and there for it is not always easy for even professionals to recognise the right products for removing and the accurate timing for that too.

Cancellation Policy

You need to give 24-48hrs in advance notice in order to cancel your appointment and get in touch for reshedulle or full price will be applied as a non refundable booking fee. If you book lashes or tint and do not book a patch test minimum 24hrs in advance you will be charged and no treatment will be provided for insurance and safety reasons (for first time clients only).
